Founded on Advocacy
Taxley® launched to advocate for entrepreneurs navigating tax and financial uncertainty. By 2012, the work sharpened into tax resolution and business advisory – where consequences are immediate and execution mattered most.
2023
Raising the Standard
We created ApprentEA™ to develop Taxley® talent in-house through a structured apprenticeship – the first registered apprenticeship program in the Enrolled Agent profession’s 140+ year history.
2026-Present
Leading with Clarity
We launched CentsableCEO™ to strengthen decision discipline across the realities of entrepreneurship. Tax resolution remains focused execution when IRS or state exposure threatens stability.

Anisha Bailey, EA, MSEL
Anisha Bailey, a federally licensed Enrolled Agent with a Master’s in Executive Leadership, founded Taxley® after leaving her corporate tax career at Deloitte.
Over time, one pattern became undeniable: businesses rarely fail because leaders lack effort. They fail when decisions are made without visibility into how money, risk, compliance, and responsibility connect.
After nearly two decades supporting entrepreneurs – and representing clients with IRS and state tax exposure – Anisha saw the same truth repeatedly: most tax, financial, and operational problems are decision breakdowns with delayed consequences.
